Got a problem with your medical or laboratory equipment? No problem. Just contact us or fill out the adjacent form. Tell us what the problem is and we'll tell you how we can sort it out.

If your faulty equipment isn't listed, tell us anyway and we'll do whatever we can to help. That includes putting you in touch with approved service providers whom we have no vested interest in referring (that's all part of our independence: we have no hidden agendas. What you get is what you see).
