I joined Meadowrose Scientific in July 2007 as the office administrator. I then moved into the role of Field Service Coordinator and because I'm always so rushed off my feet trying to co-ordinate the engineers I haven't had a chance to look back since.
Before joining Meadowrose Scientific I was a fully qualified beauty therapist. I was therefore used to dealing with customers at close quarters. I have found this experience helpful in my current role: a great deal of my time is spent talking to customers.
I'm glad to say that this role has been changing and growing ever since I took it on. I've recently become responsible for organising engineers' training; this entails keeping their training programmes up to date and helping them identify areas in which they need to train. It also entails finding suitable in-house and external training for them. In this new role I've put together a very slick induction programme for new engineers to ensure we cover everything.
When I'm not at work I enjoy going out and socializing with friends and family.
