SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

The Position

This important role involves responsibility for scheduling our team of engineers for both preventative maintenance and breakdown calls for our customers. There will be lots of customer contact and forward planning required.

The Individual

Will possess excellent customer service/communication skills and be highly organised in their approach as well as having a good retentive memory. They must be able to work as part of a team and have a cheerful outlook. The role will require an individual who likes to work in a changing and sometimes pressured environment so adaptability is a must.
Will have prior experience in a customer service role and possess excellent computer skills.

REFRIGERATION ENGINEER

The Position

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to provide superb support for our customers mainly in laboratory locations.
Applicants will ideally have a minimum of three years practical experience servicing and repairing all types of refrigeration equipment - including:

• ULT freezers to -85°C Freon and Hydrocarbon refrigerants.
• Hermetic and semi Hermetic systems for cold-rooms and freestanding centrifuges.
• General 'domestic' type fridges and freezers.

Applicants will hold City and Guilds 2079, and will have completed a recognised refrigeration training course, either in college or 'in-house' with a competent refrigeration company.

A clean driving licence and presentable appearance is preferred, as is a willingness to undertake such additional training as necessary to keep up to date with developments in this field of expertise and related products.

The Individual

The person we are looking for will have a proven track record with excellent technical, communication and customer skills and should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
